The pain can originate in the low back and travel down the legs or be in the legs or feet only.  In less severe cases, the sciatic pain can feel like cramping or burning. There can also be numbness, tingling, and weakness. All cases are different.

Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy is somewhat new; therefore its efficacy and indications are continuously under review. A recent study published in the American Journal of Sports Medicine attempted to evaluate how safe and useful PRP may be for patients with rotator cuff disease.

Walking for just 12 minutes every other day can offer important health benefits, but in order to increase your longevity, you should try to walk for up to 30 minutes, five days per week. Experts generally agree that to be considered "active," adults should try to take 10,000 steps each day. Wearing a pedometer or an activity tracker is an easy way to track your progress.
