Joel Hornsby

Joel spent half his life training in Acrobatics, yoga and kung fu before becoming a personal trainer with Apex Fitness and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Joel's goal is athletic performance improvement, lean muscle gain, strength and power training using the Mind and the Machine training methods he and his collaborators created. His certifications include: Apex Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Optimum Performance Trainer, +Power (RNT) specialization, +Human Movement specialization, AAAI/ISMA sport nutrition consultant.
